PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS

If your band has a special photo policy, please send directly to our Media manager, Heather West, and her assistant Miranda Sherman: westernpublicity@gmail.com and miranda.westernpublicity@gmail.com.

Your photographer will be allowed to shoot YOUR SET ONLY. No photo passes will be issued – your tour manager will need to bring your photographer to stage, and do an intro to your festival stage manager and security in order for you to shoot. There is no professional photography or filming allowed in the dressing room or backstage areas without the express consent of the festival.

Your photographer must exit the photo pit upon set completion.
