DRESSING ROOMS
Due to the number of artists performing, we will need to schedule dressing room/green room usage based on each day’s performance schedule. Unless otherwise confirmed to you during the advance process, dressing rooms will be rotated throughout the day for most artists, and you will receive your dressing room/green room space for at least one hour before your performance, and at least one hour after your performance. In addition, artists are free to secure any bags or personal items with us in the Artist Relations Office once your dressing room has been rotated out.
Festival headliners will have designated dressing rooms assigned to them for the entire day of their performance. Before your show day, Artist Hospitality will email you to confirm your dressing room/green room space allotment and schedule. Please remember that the Artist Compound is for the comfort, privacy, and security of the artists, crew, tour management and family members touring with the artist. NO MEDIA, NO POSERS, NO ESCORTING, NO EXCEPTIONS.
CATERING AND HOSPITALITY
There will be festival-style hospitality, with scheduled times each day for meals FOR ARTISTS AND THEIR CREW ONLY. All meals will include vegan options. All meals will require meal tickets which are valid for the artist’s day of performance only. Meal tickets will be included inside the artist packet that is picked up by your tour manager/representative at Artist Check-In upon arrival on-site that day.
Your meal tickets will be assigned to be used for lunch or dinner by the artist and crew on your day of performance, with specific meal assignments being dependent on your load-in time and performance time. Artist Catering will be open throughout the day and you are welcome to stop in anytime for a coffee or cold beverage. There will also be an open bar in the Artist Catering area, which will be available throughout each day. Unless otherwise confirmed to you by our Artist Hospitality Manager during the advance process, dressing rooms will be stocked with general festival hospitality: water, beer, and snacks. If you are approved for specific rider items, you will hear from Jen, our Artist Hospitality Manager.
ARTIST CHECK-IN AND ARTIST CREDENTIALS
Artist Check-In hours each festival day will be from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and will be located at the entrance to the Artist Compound.
A SITE MAP AND SPECIFIC CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONE WEEK BEFORE THE FESTIVAL.
Upon arrival on-site, you will check in with our Artist Check-In Manager, and there you will collect your credentials for your touring party. If you need to obtain your credentials outside of Artist Check-In hours, please make arrangements with Talia. Please check in a minimum of two hours in advance of your set time.
Since each artist credential packet will be prepared ahead of time, based on the Touring Personnel List submitted in the advance, we will not be able to accommodate any last-minute artist credential additions. No escort privileges will be granted. No band laminates will be honored for admission to the festival grounds at any time.
Artist credentials are good for your day of show only, and must be worn at all times in order to gain access to the Artist Compound, restricted backstage areas, dressing rooms, and stage access. All artist credential requests are to be submitted on the Touring Personnel section of the Artist Questionnaire. If you would like to attend Riot Fest for more than your show day, please coordinate with Talia.
